Snow

The spring is coming!!
I put some pictures with snow.
I went snowboarding many times in this winter.
so,
most of pics were from the ski slope.

This is the Mt. Bandai which is the most biggest mountain in Fukushima.

Next 3 photos were from "CHIIORI" where I worked for a while 2 years ago...
There was IYA vally in TOKUSHIMA, though.

Next 3 photos are from my house.

I love to see snow flakes.

AND
this one is also my favorite one which was from a school ground.
I think the students tried to write "2-C", but .... :)
cute.

スノボ snowboarding

I went to INAWASHIRO ski resort for snowboarding last Saturday.

It was a beatiful day and warm. you can feel taht the spring is just there.

However the snow condition was pretty bad, but you can still enjoy.

I will shaw you some pics.

We went to dinner and drink after that. I was bloody tired.
I needed the next day just for recovering...

the candle festival 絵ろうそく祭り in Wakamatsu

I went to
the Candle Festival in Aizu Wakamatsu on Saturday, the 3rd of Feb.
Wakamatsu is a famous place. It has special candles that have paintings.
There were many different styles. Some were set in ceramic, some were in bamboo, and some were in empty cans that surrounded Tsuruga Castle.
If we had snow, it would be a more mystic atmosphere.
However, it was a warm night.

My friends were walking so fast.
so, I couldn't have enough time to take pictures...

OMIKUJI

5th of Jarnuary, I went to a chrine.

then, I pulled
OMIKUJI .

It was DAIKICHI!!

You know, DAIKICHI means excellent luck.

I feel like some good things will happen to me this year.

I'm really excited !! :)

Merry Christmas!!

How was your day today?

I had work at
British Hills.

I performed on a piano at the restaurant.
They have christmas plans at the morment. so I played some chirstmas songs.
British Hills is a quite interesting place. If you be there, you can feel like to be in other country. (I should say it likes England. but I've never been there.)
My wish is to stay there. you can stay a gorgeous room if you pay for it. but it's a bit expencive for me...

Everything looks like British! (I think.) Except for people...
Many foriegners are working there. but I know, most of the staff are KIWIs or OZs. hehehe....
but still nice, though.

anyway, Merry Chirstmas!! everyone!!
And happy new year!!
Lets have good holidays!!
Love Keiko

Asakusa in Tokyo

I went to Tokyo to see my friend, Hana last weekend.
We went to Asakusa. Actually,it was my first time.
yeah, It was a intersting place.

we ate a lot.

Senbei...(a rice cracker)

Fried Manju..(a steamed (bean-jam) bun )

Monaka (a wafer cake ) Usually, Monaka has red beens jam inside, but this one had ice cream!! mmm, yamm..

Of course! If you go to Asakusa, you have to eat Monja!!

But we did't eat them. They said "Mango", but we couldn' t believe that.
Look at that color! Where did the color from??

We walked a lot. It was a goot littel trip for me.
See you soon, Hana!
